Help, my order! All questions about your orders from Someone Kids.
I have placed my order with Someone Kids and look forward to receiving my items! Do I get a confirmation email after every order?
Yes you do! After registration you can place an order in the Someone Kids e-shop via your shopping bag. Within a maximum period of 2 hours you will receive a confirmation email. Here you will also get a summary of your order, so you can have another look at your latest items!
Help! I haven't received a confirmation email yet, now what?
Oh no! This may be an error in the system, or you may have mistakenly entered a wrong e-mail address. Don't worry, contact Customer Service at welkom@someonekids.be, they can double-check your order so that you get your new outfit with 100% certainty.
I've seen the dress/pants/T-shirt/skirt/... of my dreams, but it's sold out... Do sold-out items come back in stock?
We try to restock popular, sold-out Someone Kids items for your Awesome self! We will keep you informed as soon as the product is available again. You can also send an email to welkom@someonekids.be, as there may be a shop nearby you that still has the item in stock!
Oh no! I have placed an order, but I want to change or cancel it... What should I do?
In this case, contact Customer Service via welkom@someonekids.be, they will help you!
I have a lot of items in my shopping cart, will they be reserved while I continue shopping?
Unfortunately, we apply the first come, first served principle... So it may happen that an item in your shopping basket is sold out while you continue shopping. Of course, we try to avoid this. Should you still really want the item afterwards, we will keep you informed as soon as it becomes available again, so you can still score your favourite items.
I have ordered an item that is no longer in stock, what do I do now?
That is a shame! We make every effort to correctly display the stock of the items in the e-shop, but of course a mistake can always happen.
In that case, we inform you, the customer, immediately. We will refund the amount of the out-of-stock items to your account and provide you with an updated invoice.
Do I need a Someone Kids account to order my favourite items?
Not necessarily! You can create an account or log in as a guest. We mainly need your email address so we can contact you if needed and to keep you updated on the status of your order. That way you know when to expect your favourite items, yippee!

How can I pay? Cash? Card? Gold bars?
Someone Kids' e-shop provides multiple ways to pay for your favourite products. You can pay with:
- Online Banking: BNP Paribas Fortis, Dexia, ING and KBC
- Credit card: VISA and Mastercard
You cannot pay with:
- Gold bars
All prices include 21% VAT, but do not include shipping costs. Don't worry, we'll mention this before the final purchase!
*Online payment is made through a secure transaction in cooperation with our partner, MULTISAFEPAY. Your payment details and credit card info are only used for payment and are never released to other parties.

How long do I have to wait for my order to be delivered? I’m ready to start the countdown!
We understand! All packages from the Someone Kids e-shop are shipped by our partner, DPD. Have you ordered something? Great, the order will be shipped within 5 working days of order date at the latest. Enjoy!
Oh no! I notice that an item is missing or has not been delivered, now what?
In that case, contact our Customer Service via welkom@someonekids.be or by calling 011.260.250. They will help you as soon as possible. We want you to have your new favorite items as soon as possible
One of the items seems to be damaged, what should I do?
What a shame, we have to fix this! We always try to pack and ship our articles with the utmost care. That way, the risk of damage during shipping is minimised. All articles are also carefully checked for any manufacturing defects before shipping.
If you do notice some damage and the article does not match the article on your order form, it is important to report this. Do this as soon as possible and
send the items back to us within 14 calendar days of receipt, according to the return conditions (you can also find them on this page!).
*Someone Kids cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the items shown not to have been received by the customer.
I want to know where my products are, how can I do this?
Of course you want to know where your latest favourite items are! Via DPD, you will receive an e-mail with tracking link. This way you know where your products are at any time.
Return to sender: all questions about a return of your items
An item does not fit! How do I return it?
Have you received, paid for and tried on your favourite items, but you are not satisfied? Then you have 14 days to return your items. After 14 days, your purchase is final and you remain the owner of the purchased items.
When returning your item(s), it is important to fill in the reason if your return on the return document: was the item too big? Too small? Or maybe you just didn't like it, that's possible!
You can return your item at your own expense, with a carrier of your choice to receive your refund. Just keep in mind the return conditions (you can also find those here!).
Return conditions? What are they?
Complete the form you receive from our Customer Service and place it together with the items you want to return, in their original packaging. Send that package, within 14 days, to Rijsselstraat 90, 3583 Paal Beringen. Please note the following points:
- Send the articles back, within 14 days.
- Make sure the articles are unworn and clean, of course you can try them on, just don’t start playing in them just yet!
- Make sure the original labels are attached to the garments.
- Make sure the articles are packed neatly.
4 times check? Super! Then you can return your item successfully.
Does it take long to process my return and refund?
Not at all! The return will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your shopping cart.
Fashion freedom at Someone Kids: right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to renounce your sale, without payment of a penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days from the day following the delivery of your items. To make use of this renunciation right, you must inform Someone Kids in writing or by e-mail.
You can use the model form from Book VI of the Belgian Economic Law Code. After receiving the return package, we will refund you the total amount of the returned articles. Please note: returned articles must meet certain conditions to be eligible for a refund.

How do I use my discount code?
Some promotions are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, you don't have to do anything else! Other promotions you have to mention as a promo at checkout, but we'll let you know for sure and it depends from action to action.
